According to Georgia Bearwell, there is at least one source that called the Seneca Falls convention the "first national" women's rights convention, and no question but that it spawned all the others that followed.

There is also no question that both the abolitionist movement and the women's rights movement were nurtured in both large parts of Massachusetts as well as that triangle of NY State between Syracuse, Rochester, and the Finger Lakes where Seneca Falls is located.
